What we built
We started with a UX discovery, which unlocked a number of superfluous steps in the setup process for new cleaning robots. With a few smart modifications to the process flow, the number of steps was reduced, eliminating the click fatigue that was one of the causes of a lower rating score. Upon completion of the UX, Build Labs began redesigning those views when had been modified. The results was a much improved, accessible, streamlined onboarding app for the Shark Clean robots.
